History
MGHSS was established in the year 1964, by the Government of Tripura as a primary school. It got upgraded to Senior basic in the year 1990. Then in the year 2000, the school got recognition as high school. Finally in the year 2019 it got upgraded to Higher Secondary Stage with Arts and Humanities stream. From the year 2021-22 the school got affiliation of CBSE (Vidyajyoti) under Mission 100.
